Individual Tasks Training, doctrinally, is divided into skill levels. That’s not a bad way to develop individual training skills also. Give members of your group a list of “Skill Level 1” tasks they need to be able to perform, with a set of conditions under which they need to perform them, and a set of standards they need to be able to meet, performance-wise. Once they can demonstrated practiced proficiency in those skills, given them the training (as necessary) and the list of “Skill Level 2” tasks, etc. Recognize however, that in our context, you will need different, and sometimes more advanced, skills than a conventional force light infantry enlisted soldier. What a basic UW/SF guy needs to know is different than what the 11B E4 needs to know. Just looking at the Warrior Skills manual, and cherry picking the Skill Level 1 tasks that look relevant will probably not be adequate.
