Time to revise the ROE. That said. those two wounded deputies might have been a bit more alert. That in no way exonerates the "little person" but still, there are two riding for a reason. Sympathies to them and their families.
This shooting makes me angry but does not surprise me. These animals have been allowed to assemble and destroy all under the label of protesting which is protected. The politicians, news personnel, mayors etc. have all been allowing the rhetoric against the police officers.Oregon gives protestors a free pass, allowing criminals to continue behavior without fear of consequences. After the police shooting the BLM/Anitifa animals moved to the hospital and blocked traffic plus tried to invade the hospital. Nothing, neither people or places seem to be sacred. They are driven to disrupt yet if you asked them what they want, each would have different demands. Sadly this is not going to end peacefully.
Yes sir ,, there was a time, when having you pants hanging to your knees when that in itself would distinguish the race of the individual. But now ,, not so much. I really hope the cops will survive,, but I believe, in this day and time , with the way people have turned on the police , these 2 were just a little to comfortable , and not paying attention to their surroundings as much as they should have been. I hope they'll be ok , and I hope the perp meets his well deserved fate.
My wife was 5'11", I'm 6'3". She moved the seat 1 notch closer every time she drove the car. Later when we went somewhere together and I drove, I would comment "A midget has been driving the car" as I moved the seat back as far as it would go.
Not so fast y'all, I happen to have the twin to those Police Cruisers, and I am 6 foot, that shooter is almost 6 foot based on the height of the top of the door, as mine sits just a little over 6'6" tall to the top of the roof! That security cam view is all fish eyed, pause the video the split second before he shoots, as he is stepping up to the cruiser, you can clearly see him at full height, almost equal to the top of the roof!
