This guy has a lot of good stuff on his channel. His ratings of bullet proof materials is pretty good.
The way he kept whipping the camera around almost made me nauseous. Very distracting from subject matter.
Too bad there was no consistency in the testing phase... .40, .357, .44, 7.62x39, .223, 12 ga buckshot...pistol, rifle...and different weapons on different laminates.
That's why when I was testing ballistic concrete I used the same thickness of concrete or as close as I could get it for my samples, picked 1 cartridge, used the same manufacturers fmj loading in the same gun for all tests.
If you watch some of his other videos he goes into a bit more detail but this is the most budget bullet proofing you can get. He did a series for the people in Myanmar who are getting shot and killed by their government. They don't have access to a lot of things so they are pretty basic materials you should be able to find anywhere and make at home.
