How NOT to respond with PNB, The Cops saved the kid

    The idiots in the car is how NOT to respond to a PNB>Pulseless Non-Breather.
    If the child had died, the 2 idiots in the car would be 100% at fault, the cops saved the kid while the fools were deep in their histrionics.
    I love how the cop calmly looks at the idiot in laying traffic and says:will you get up, so someone doesn't run you over :)
