I keep wondering how a 7 year old can speak and explain concepts better than most adults. She sounds like a college professor.
Wait... so not benedryl and Some kids are a lot smarter than you'd think. Unfortunately public schooling and the mass of mediocrity that is the bulk of the population pushes conformity and it is sadly common to see a gifted kid play stupid to fit in. One of my granddaughters being a prime example right now. Three years ago she was excited about us sending her to STEM camp and now she's pretending she can't read cursive because none of her moron friends can.
