I've nearly forgotted what fresh fish is like... Made my afternoon snack of canned sardines underwhelming but gave me hope!!

OMG it all looks so good. We love wahoo and sometimes my son will go off shore with his friend and if they catch one w will get a piece nothing better than wahoo on the grill
I'm trying to think of what we call wahoo because I'm pretty sure I've caught these in the Gulf once upon a time. Looking good btw!
This is what we catch in the gulf stream in the Atlantic (Wahoo), my son fishes for these in the gulf out of Gulf Breeze FL
Monkey really liked the ahi that I torched with the sriracha lime aioli on top. Since I got more fish, she asked for that for dinner. Wifee likes the poke. I like them all. The big winner? The dogs. I cut enough fresh fish for them for 3-4 days. So their dinner will be surf and turf with veggies, long beans, kibbles and a load of supplements.
