Cryptic messages with cryptic meanings...sounds like a job for QAnnon, or an environmentally responsible, holistic super magical Ouija board...or the bible.

    Ghost in the Machine....

    Thoughts? Analysis?

If the film clip in the OP was meant as a recruitment tool, it wasn't intended for boomers, or gen X, or millennials', more like a zoomers' thing. Good production values though....

The message is...don't trust anyone, or anything...most of all! don't trust, YOUR OWN THOUGHTS AND PERCEPTIONS!!!...because you're living in a world of lies where dishonesty and deception are the defaults, and truth and transparency are the exceptions.

Incidentally, 'the ghost in the machine' is a philosophical notion wherein human consciousness is a function of mind / body duality.

The first step in avoiding a trap is knowing of its existence. To combat psywar you need to know how they are doing it. Once aware of their tactics you can take steps to fight it.

You must control all information that enters your senses. This is essential. Soaking up ever bit of info that passes along the visual, audio, smell/taste, spatial, and even touch, leaves you completely vulnerable to be manipulated. Marketing has known this for years. Emotions are tied to these senses and there for can be triggered by using them in certain ways. They are quite easy to secure but ignorance as to how to do it is the biggest threat.

Visual manipulation is the strongest, most direct, threat. Police use certain colors in jail to keep people calm. Marketing uses them to sell you things you would not other wise buy. Why not use them to stimulate yourself? Paint your workout room red. Your bedroom green. Etc. Wear colored glasses to avoid marketing manipulation or to change your mood.
Color Psychology: How Do Colors Affect Mood & Emotions?

Audio queues are used in music, learning, mood, etc. People in the military have long listened to music that will motivate them to do battle. Just watch any war movie to see it in action. Classical stimulates learning and is often used in movies when someone is smart. Control your sounds when you are doing activities so that they help, not hinder.
The way you sound affects your mood

Smell/taste can take you to a different time. Smelling bread baking for a lot of people creates a sense of home. Eucalyptus, champa, ylang ylang, and frankinsense are known to stimulate the mind. Some people wake up just smelling coffee. Drinking it is secondary and some would say not as effective. Smells of rot and decay can put you in a bad or uneasy feeling even if you are unaware of them.
6 Surprising Ways Smell Affects Your Mood

People and corporations have used all of these to manipulate people for many years. You can use them on yourself to manipulate your own life and make it better. Why not take their technologies that they have spent millions researching and use them to your own benefit?

Many years ago I read "Subliminal Seduction", it had a subtitle but I can't remember it. Anyway it showed images of the word "sex" in ice cubes for a booze ad and similar stuff. It also showed images flashed in commercials as well.

Words, skull and crossbones, trucks, and many other images are found in liquor ads especially in the ice. The mind sees it even if the eye never does. There are many things in TV commercials as well, although the subliminal audio was banned. Looking at the background behind the actors sets the tone as much or more than the actors. again, meant for the mind to see, not the eyes. I think between marketing classes and kinesic interview class I have become cynical and distrusting of everything.

"The word" will win, every time. We are our own worst enemy. Speaking something enough times will generally work in favor of those who wish to win, too. It helps a great deal to possess a superior military force, and control over virtually every form of communication and broadcast. It helps even more to be able to have exclusive ownership of educating people and gently preening them for decades just prior to becoming military aged. Of course, the power of persuasion may come in multiple forms...we just tend to do it rather blatantly.

I'm old enough to remember the uproar when it was discovered that the movie theaters were flashing subliminal messages during the movie, of popcorn, sodas and candy.
