Yep we finally got 2-3 good rains that made runoff. Replaced that evaporates off 4' water loss in the big pond fill up fast on the second big rain. The lake and little pond didn't lose nearly as much water during (2023 the driest year I have ever seen) but the little pond has a single pretty good spring in the bottom of it. The lake has more springs that started flowing than I thought. This was at the tail end of the -5 to +10 couple of weeks we had. Nothing better than cold and ice to tell you where the springs are. Also will tell you where the springs create water flow and some light current. LOL couldn't pay me enough to walk more than a few feet out on that ice! The big pond on the other hand does not have a single spring in it, just the fountain pump. So that is why it lost so much depth from April through October with pretty much no rain.
