Some are, some not, gotta do your research to sort through it all, the biggest one is the GMO's, even stuff that is claimed to be natural,......... isn't! CORN is the biggest sham of all, its B-A-D in so many ways, it should be banned, even as motor fuel! A lot of the "New Age" veggies are also bad, or at the least nothing but poor filler, Salad is a sham, it's filler, depending on what OTHER veggies you add to it, determines it's nutritional value! Then there are the So Called "Super Foods" which again, you really need to research, especially if your dietary needs can include them or not, you can cause more harm then good!
Looked up Al Michaels the broadcaster the other day on wikipedia. Last sentence was a hoot! “Michaels has claimed that he has never knowingly eaten a vegetable in his lifetime.”
