If you have the workshop equipment to turn a pine cone... They would make nice gifts. You could turn the cones into door handles or candlestick holders or anything else a creative ingenious mind can find a use for
Nice . Ive been wanting a another lathe for quite a while now ,,,, all the more reason now to get one. I saw a video the other night,, a guy took part of a corrugated box , one of those thick pieces with the honey comb cushion between layers ,, anyway,, he put the honey comb in a 5 gallon bucket and poured that acrylic mixture over i . He turned a large bowl and it was pretty damned awesome looking project,, just as those pine cones are. Thanks for posting this.
