If you were to think about it, I'm pretty sure you could come up with a very compelling argument that using AI to figure out what people are thinking is a violation of the Fourth. To collect the data they are collecting is also a violation of the Fourth. Thought crime is a horrible excuse to imprison people for something they haven't done. When predictive AI takes away your basic rights to self governance and free determination your are a de facto slave.
