No, a German "autopsy report" didn’t show COVID-19 vaccines as "likely" cause of sudden deaths

Of course a usual suspect, boosting the anti Vaxxer MRNA narrative (Peter McCulloch) has his finger in the German autopsy pie Autopsy study ties deaths to COVID vaccine but the source linked to the 'German Autopsy' article Autopsy-based histopathological characterization of myocarditis after anti-SARS-CoV-2-vaccination - Clinical Research in Cardiology makes it very clear that there are significant caveats to the conclusions to be drawn from the study...including the small SAMPLE SIZE!

Our study is limited by the relatively small cohort size and inherits the bias of an endpoint analysis. The nature of our autopsy study necessitates that the data are descriptive in quality and does not allow any epidemiological conclusions in terms of incidence or risk estimation. The reported incidence of (epi-)myocarditis after vaccination is low and the risks of hospitalization and death associated with COVID-19 are stated to be greater than the recorded risk associated with COVID-19 vaccination [29]. Importantly, infectious agents may also cause lymphocytic myocarditis with a similar immunophenotype, thus meticulous molecular analyses is required in all cases of potentially vaccination-associated myocarditis.

Never mind that scientific / statistical illiterates will continue to perpetuate the antivaxxer Covid19 vaccination panic. Sadly, it won't be the last example of anti-vaxxer panic mongering. Fact Check-A four-page, yet to be peer-reviewed paper is not proof that COVID-19 vaccines cause 93% of deaths that occur after inoculation

The following research paper Autopsy Findings and Causality Relationship between Death and COVID-19 Vaccination: A Systematic Review suggests that:
