UTM Announces End Of Civilian Sales Due To ATF Rules - USA Carry ATF over reach again? I have used simunition in the past for training, it really does help. Guess I'll just have to switch to live ammo for training.
I think they are using the importation part to restrict it to civvys. I wonder how many US manufacturers of force on force training ammo exist. I'm sure there has to be at least a few if not .. this looks like an opportunity to increase their market share.
I'm sure "the government" will still be allowed to buy it. I bet the framers of the constitution would have loved the idea of being able to point realistic feel and functional weapons at each other, practice shooting each other with these realistic weapons and not dieing. Definitely Falls under what "well regulatied" meant at the time.
