Hmmm... I was debating whether to post this in the Humor section but thought, "You know, she may be right...with one caveat. Being a rural American, I am a threat to her form of Democracy not the Democracy that the Constitution supports." Silly nonsense really...but scary when you think about it because if the 'Electoral College' goes we are in big trouble...

They weren't worried about the electoral college when it favored Dumbo over Romney , when the popular vote went to Romney.
I really feel our elections are rigged to some point , so I really don't see how Trump was allowed to get elected , considering who he was running against , the queen of corruption .
But I'm glad he was.

I guess if I lived in a Democracy, I might worry.

Fortunately, I live in a Republic.

 

There would not of been a United States without the electoral college, it is part of the great compromise that created our republic and the "Bill of Rights" that had to be added in order to get it accepted.

 

I had a debate a while back with 50ish year old and very enlightened and according to her wise snowflake. If you raise, process and direct market meats to the public, you just can't help but draw these pillars of liberalism's attention and ire. She BTW is a University Prof. that holds 3 doctorates I am guessing one is a doctorate of dumb ass and another in the impractical application of arrogance........ The third has to be either underwater basket weaving or liberal arts LOL. Any at a Farmers' Market she starts explaining to me that "YOU IGNORANT RURAL PEOPLE have entirely too much freedom to practice your backwards ways and need to be reigned in" As a general rule I find it best to ignore these militant, feminist, vegan socialist and just not respond. But after 45 minutes of her lecturing everyone that approached my stand and by this point telling people I am a Nazi that supports the holocaust............ I lost my my cool and will refrain from repeating what I said to here as it would be very much against the SM ROC/TOS and she left.

I walked off the school grounds where that market is held to have a smoke and calm down, while my assistant worked the stand. I had just got fired up when a bike was approaching me ......... illegally on the side walk. It was her, I couldn't resist and as she was passing kicked a solid oak stick laying on the ground and LOL it went in the front wheel spokes and sent her end over end. The cop determined that she was illegally riding on the sidewalk and picked up debris because of it and wrote her a $75 ticket and told me to have a nice day. She of course complained to the market and I was asked to not return. Which I had no intention of returning anyway, since the market management would do Nothing to get her away from my stand when I asked them to. But since that time I have heard more and more about how us ignorant rural folks are destroying democracy and killing the world. And of course the usual meat is murder chant. Since Trump won it has been never ending crying about the electoral college cheating Hildabeastie of her coronation and it all being ignorant rural people that just are not smart enough to know what is in their own best interest.

My conclusion is these people are Nuckin Futs! And slightly more intelligent than coal ash.
