Why not? I have often speculated to myself that it would be really easy to rig a commercial foreign airliner to drop some bioweapon fog as it makes a landing approach. By the time people get sick the flight is a distant memory and no one would connect the dots.
It's probably the next generation dose of the super-flu, Covid-20, from the original maker and distributor due to increase in tariffs.
