They're back. Don't know of its regionally or nationally. I can't say for sure if I have seen these in the last 20 years.
Haven't seen those since I was a kid, used to have a "Soda Bar" nearby where A kid could fill a 3L bottle of any flavor or combo of flavors he wanted! Always had a thing for Bubblegum and Cream Soda!
I was thinking fillem up with you know, seeds, rice, sugar, flower, tang, 22LR, 9mm, tannerite, ect. Those little weavel bastards that like to eat into flower bags can't eat through PETE plastic.
