   Version: 2008

   Only one problem, and that is steeping the hops before adding the yeast. It will ferment, but hop oils are death to yeast and it will suffer in fermentation. Better to dry hop post fermentation and let the yeast make more alcohol. thus the three stars...

      I will try better, next time. In my defense, I know little to nothing about brewing beer or distilling alcohol. I do, however, know quite a bit about consuming it, straight, and otherwise.
