The Tac21 has a notch out of the chassis on the bolt side for safety access. I've never seen that before. I'm not sure how I feel about it. It looks like a gloved hand might have trouble with it. Personally, I opt for the McRee Precision Chassis ... mcreeprecision.net
Any ideas what the lightest folding stock may be, with an adjustable comb? Material does not matter. Just curious. Is it something from Manners?
