The new door was taller. So whole thing had to be reowrked.

Taking out the many decades heaved concrete

Breaking out the 8 inch thick cracked heaved concrete side walk so we could fit the new door in.

Back porch door

Time to redo the opening and put in a new back porch door, we had repaired the old one we found in the barn over and over again. When we moved in 12 yrs ago there was no door here.

Scalding a turkey

Works great. This done in our driveway.

48 lb turkey

We had named him Big Foot. He would put one foot on everything he wanted to claim it as his. Neighbor came over to help us and learn what to do :). he was 48 lbs after processing.
