    We knew this months ago. What scares me the most is what he could possibly get away with by "Executive Orders", a precedent set by our last CIC.

    Get what you can ASAP, for I have a feeling deep inside that tells me we are at a critical juncture in our nations history, what the results will be is anybody's guess.

    We have two paths to follow, first and worst case being the total collapse of the US as a country.
    The second case can be a true revival of our Republic, but that will take a will of this country's populace that this nation has never seen before.

    Well I wrote to the site, asking if they are interested in telling us why they want to ban assault weapons. If they could define the terms "assault weapons" and if they knew that the job of the second amendment was not to give us hunting rights, but rather to protect us from tyrannical governments. Also how it was the defender of all other freedoms.

    Address Gun Violence in Cities: Obama and Biden would repeal the Tiahrt Amendment, which restricts the ability of local law enforcement to access important gun trace information, and give police officers across the nation the tools they need to solve gun crimes and fight the illegal arms trade. Obama and Biden also favor commonsense measures that respect the Second Amendment rights of gun owners, while keeping guns away from children and from criminals. They support closing the gun show loophole and making guns in this country childproof. They also support making the expired federal Assault Weapons Ban permanent.

    Commonsense? Hm. Would that not be to arm all households?

    These guys don't worry me at all. It's the Congress that concerns me deeply. I don't think Obie is as wild about Executive Orders as the bush was, but Daschle, Reid, and particularly Madam Speaker of the perpetual corpse grin are apt to make a hash of the Constitution. Emmanuel is trouble walking. Kennedy, thankfully, is no longer a factor beyond cheerleader.

    We got dealt a hand, now to figure out how to play it.

    Time is against us, but I think that you are right. By raising enough stink this early on, it will buy us enough time to prepare more.

    The only problem is, they are running on a deadline also...there is only so far you can push a rock up against the wall.

    I own what I own and will not give up anything, with the exception of some ammo, if you know what I mean! So let them go ahead and pass all the unconstitutional gun laws they want! All new anti gun laws are null and void from now on!
