    The sounds of an early fall morning.......

    A big pack of coyotes howling and yelping as they criss-cross the woods and fields. Driving Apollo ~ The Wonder Dog crazy to get out. He, in turn, is driving me crazy with his attack barking, pacing and panting.

    Dobies have a pretty high prey instinct and love their jobs. I was surprised a few weeks back when Apollo took off after a squirrel but stopped mid-run when I called him. He impressed me with his obedience.

    Last night, my son took my Blazer out beyond the "allowable limit" and got her stuck in the mud. Not wanting to have to admit it to me, he tried to dig it out (by hand).

    I went looking for and found him, wide-eyed and fearing the wrath of Mom. He and the inside of the Blazer were caked in several inches of mud. The steering wheel; a lovely shade of lumpy brown goo. :lol: All's well. It took quite a while, but we got her out.

    Today, I'm looking forward to a beautifully-detailed vehicle :D.

    Today is the day for Canada to decide whether or not there will be a handgun confiscation. If our Conservative government does not get elected then it will happen along with a future Military Assault Weapons Ban. If these do occur, I am looking forward to getting a CRAPLOAD of cheap pistols and other fun rifles to ship home to my brother.
