Sorry took me so long to respond, PM sent. Lost my phone that provides internet conection and just got it replaced today so been off line for a couple weeks. Is it pretty well standard as far as dimensions/size/shape for that model? If so will try to send you a sheath.
Fighters are still at the sheathmaker's - I sent them 7/7 but he said he has 80 orders and hasn't gotten to them yet. Hopefully he will make them this week. I wish I could get sheaths made faster but anyone good at it is going to be backed up. I feel like I'm going to be forced to make them again just so everyone doesn't have to wait so long! I am getting tired of not having control of the process.
It is what it is, Don, but that doesn't change the fact that I feel like a kid think Christmas is only a few months away...LOL
I think these are pretty special, and with custom made leather it only adds to it. I don't know - I've read of people ordering knives from Emerson and getting them 10 freaking years later so maybe this isn't as bad as I think. I may send one or two of these for pics - then you get to wait longer! LOL Then again you can say "See? That's MY knife in Blade!" Hahahahaha
I got the 'damaged' one last Monday (been busy and not on line hardly at all this week) and put together a sheath for it. Have shown it to several folks and same as me they have a hard time spotting any problems. Its great. Took a bit of doing to finish sharpening it the last bit but so far it seems like it holds its edge well once you get it there. It even bit the kid I mow with already when I let him use it to cut some weed eater line.
Ditto!!! The wait is part of the fun. I haven't been so anxiously awaiting something like this since I was a kid.
