Non lethal 50 and 68 caliber. Any one else see these? a wide range of ammo that can be launched- rubber, pepper balls, plastic, plastic over steel, and strait steel balls. 250 - 48- fps. guns run from $100. ON UP Primarily designed and sold as a non-lethal defensive weapon that have a significant impact. But from reviews, I would not want to get hit by any of these. I have both the 50 cal pistol and the 68 cal " short barrel shotgun like" launchers (as they advertise them. They are legal in California and need no permits to buy or possess. They are selling like crazy here, and ammo is getting hard to find it is so popular. Right now, I have rubber balls for both and they are hard hitters. and bounce back too and are reusable. Both guns have a report about that of a .22 CB cap Pepper balls that are california compliant can be used, If you can find them. Made in Tywan
Sounds interesting. 68 Cal. sounds like the paint ball guns we got shot with at The Basic School. I was very happy to be wearing a flak jacket when I took a couple hits from those. Pictures? Link?
Just wait, all those criminals going out to use these for various crimes, from armed robbery to assault. No permit to carry? That will change.
I guess that depends on where you live. Around here you point your non-lethal gun at the wrong person it could be lethal to you. They'll either beat you with it or just kill you right there with their real gun. I'm reminded of the Marine who was waiting in line at the Taco Bell drive thru. Car jacker shot him in the head with a real gun. Marine got out of the car, went to the trunk, got his own gun and killed the would-be car jacker.
Well, yeah...lol I'm thinking about in the city, like Philly. Many cities are Liberal havens. Crime rampant, these less than lethal firearms can be effective for criminals. Think crazy mob, mostly teens like we've seen before, stealing, looting, and ganging up on certain people. It's obvious these aren't real guns. But if you shoot somebody once or twice, it's gonna really freaking hurt. Do it at close enough range, you could be down for the count and the mob could just do what they want. And it's all legal as of right now.
