Yeah, talk about BS, that judge couldn't just admit defeat and toss the entire thing so...so now it will have to get thrown out by the Supreme Court, and it will but just a shame it has to go that route.
I have been noticing posts by one person being deleted-This board has a rather poor rep , actually more like a dying board, few new members. The deletions are hard to track but the ones I have seen are not using foul language, it appears they not in line with the way people are supposed to think and post here. Since the *offender* has liked a few of my posts, I may be on the poop list now.
I talk all kinds of crazy shit and don't think my stuff gets deleted. If y'all ever want to edit my stuff for PERSEC, feel free. I drink, stuff happens.
As for a "poor rep" or "dying board" we are approaching our 20th anniversary. I think we are doing fine.
If you don't like it, find the door. If the member you are talking about is Chelloveck, please know and understand he's not a member here. He lost that right a long time ago. He is only here because we cannot fix the forum bug keeping us from permanently removing his account. We, the Staff have had numerous private conversations over the years which DO NOT include you. We've put in the effort here, not YOU. And none of this even needs to be said, but maybe it's time to make it more public. DO NOT piss us off. We have a CoC and we expect every member to adhere to it. This code has been broken so many times by the member in question, we should have banned him 200 times over by now. So please, by all means start some shit with me.
