Recently, @stg58 had a post about an email sent to Sam Shoemate by deceased Special Force Msgt Matthew Livelsberger. This is the individual who committed suicide prior to blowing himself up in a Tesla Cybertruck outside the Trump International Hotel. Sam Shoemate was on the Shawn Ryan podcast talking about the email and other points. Ryan McBeth is a software engineer, consultant, intelligence analyst, and retired 20+ year Army veteran who has a podcast which many times counters disinformation on the internet. In this case, he did not believe the email, gave his reasons, and specifically called Sam Shoemate a liar and Shawn Ryan an enabler of lies. In the following video, Ryan McBeth apologizes for his comments, shows how the email was indeed confirmed by an associate of his and provides more documented proof of other sources who also confirmed the email, namely Law Enforcment. McBeth was wrong, admits it publicly and retracts his comments which is another reason I like the guy but this time he indeed jumped the gun. There still are many unknown things about this case that bother me and others, like why the ISIS flag? Why he killed himself after Trump won since that showed the tide was turning in favor of what he supported. Why a Cybertruck? Why the explosion? Loads of other details... but the more I think of these details the more I think they are easy to explain so...will never know. However, I think the bottom-line cause of his actions are clear: TBI (traumatic brain injury), PTSD and severe depression. His statement of “I needed to cleanse my mind of the brothers I’ve lost and relieve myself of the burden of the lives I took” explains his pain, his reasoning and the cause. Sad... Anyway, I thought I would close the loop on this topic. I still have not found the time to watch the Shawn Ryan interview completely, but I will. I attach the video link of McBeth's findings, retraction and apology and another link from Forbes article which I found to be well done. Matthew Livelsberger's Final Message Las Vegas Cybertruck Explosion: Matthew Livelsberger Identified As Suspect
I'm still not convinced it was Livelsberger in the cyber truck. There are too many people with too much training involved to not think this was some kind of spook op. It's also possible I watch too many action flicks. But there are still more questions then answers and the people giving the answers score a negative 3 on a scale of 1 to 10 of credibility. I'm also still waiting for any information on the Vegas shooter up in Mandalay Bay at the Country concert...
I felt the same way but the more I dug into it the more I realized we were dealing with a veteran that simply didn't want to go on anymore. Why Cybertruck? He knew it would create a bigger explosion drawing more attention to the blight of soldiers like him, sent away to fight countless, endless conflicts for no reason or purpose. Why the ISIS flag? Maybe something he picked up fighting them, one of his personal treasures. I suppose it could have been planted then the idea walked back...I guess we'll never know the real reason it was there. Anyway, I could see no valid reason for something like this except because it advanced no cause and gave no gain to anyone or anything. I see it as a sad case of a soldier whose burdens became too heavy, yet his warrior ethics wouldn't allow him to seek help that he needed to live. It's been common since we started throwing rocks at each other. As far as the Mandalay Bay nutcase...that I have no comment on but their silence on it truly is scary and I must admit that it would support a case for disarming Americans so...yeah, scary.
yep yep possible TBI (traumatic brain injury), possible PTSD, possible family, wife, girlfriend issues, possible severe depression .. .. the original email contained yuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge red flags, did not make no sense .. ..
Wasn't aware of Livelsberger using an ISIS flag in Las Vegas. I am sure that the moozie dude Jabbar (former Army Human Resources and I.T. specialist) flew an ISIS flag from the back of the rented Ford F150 "Lightning" in the New Orleans truck attack upon the New Years partiers on Bourbon & Canal streets. That was also a battery-powered truck. Rumor has it that he flew the black ISIS flag upside down, or some wrong way.
OMG! You are CORRECT, CT! He did NOT have an ISIS flag. That was the nutcase in New Orleans, which makes a lot more sense. I really screwed the pooch there... Thanks! Whew!
