Mine was a Mustang II, but it had the same gas tank. Not quite the same paint job, though. There was a red Pinto running around my college campus back in the late 70s that had one of those "Flammable" signs painted on the back hatch. It always brought a chuckle.

My sister's first car was a 1976 Pinto Dad bought her new when she turned 16. Later she got T-boned by a drunk driver running a stoplight. She and her BF were okay, the car was totaled. Luckily not hit from behind. But she had gotten the recall "fix", which was nothing more than a plastic "shield" between the gas tank and muffler!

Text-speak and hashtags get you into the ignore list.
As will tagging my name.
Stop ILLITERACY - if your spelling and grammar skills are weak, proofread!
I have learned on these online forums, that nobody proofreads anymore. Truly a lost art.
Throwing a comma after every three or four words is not correct. Makes your post hard to read.
Then and Than - NOT INTERCHANGEABLE! They have different meanings.

Zimmy Wait, I'm not ready!

I got rear ended in my 65 Malibu and chased the Cutlass Supreme driving asshole for several miles. We were both making a much slower chase when he kept going and I stopped.

My motor was off the mounts and had gotten into the radiator. The scary thing was that both gas tank straps had broken and I had been dragging the gas tank for the whole trip.

Boldly going nowhere
