DRONES OVER NEW JERSEY

First question is, Why? It's New Jersey! Second question is, Why hasn't someone shot one down? I guess that's the difference between Yankees and Southerners, down here people would be driving around one in the back of their trucks. If they fly low use shotguns, if high use rifles! Doesn't matter who they belong to!

To dovetail onto what Illini Warrior says, if the drone issue is US intel sourced, then the good guys must be sensor probing for a specific radiation source that comes from a dirty nuke, as well as electronic comm signals that link the drones to their source. If a small nuke, or dirty bomb nuke has been secreted somewhere in NJ, then the bad guys (foreign opposition) are waiting to catch The Donald at his Bedminster NJ Golf Club before setting it off.

If the drones are from some foreign opposition against Trump, then I would suspect the same thing only the drones are attempting to detect the President-Elect in the area, and then send in an attack drone with an explosive and/or dirty nuke payload to crash into the designated target.

Could it be that all of those drones have an attack payload, and are merely waiting for the "GO" signal? That is the last thing the our "Dot Guv" would want to tell us. Can you imagine the panic? That scenario sounds like the beginning of another apocalyptic disaster novel.....

 

If they have got, at the very least, the size and the loiter time of these things correct, then these drones cost a huge amount of money. As such, they are not civilian drones but either some government or a major company/corporation. I can't see it being a foreign player or we'd be seeing the military going bat$hit crazy which it doesn't appear to be so... So, they are US Government owned and operated. Why? I have no idea but if there WAS a nuke or bioweapon of some sort set loose then perhaps they do not want to cause public panic so they are hushing up the entire thing. So, yeah, a potential terror attack with some sort of mass destructive weapon makes sense.

EDIT: Thinking about this some more, I highly doubt this was some drone launched from a mothership off our coast, for if it was they wouldn't be launch so often and so early prior to their real attack basically signaling their intent and what they were doing and/or planning. I also believe it would be too easy to track and even if it was in international waters, America would attack. Personally, I think the 'Iran is behind this' is nothing more than a smoke screen.

EDIT: Would not it be more likely these drone flights are a ruse specifically designed to draw our attention since they are so constant and blatant? And, why can't they track them to their refueling point(s)? The answer is they can so...so seems to me it's either a ruse to provide cover for something else or a potential terrorist attack and the drones are sniffing around for the bad guys and their weapon.

 

If it is not ours. Then why haven't we shot it down. Hell the chinese sent balloons over and we got some target practice.
We could go up there with a helo hauling a net and scoop that baby up.

Why are they lighted?
I am sure/hope when the United States of America uses drones for night recon or raids, they don't fly in lighted.
If they are not "ours" what message are they trying to send by using lighted drones.

 

Couple thoughts, Could be "New" manned E-Birds being played with, Could be shipping drones being played with, or Military junk being played with, WHY only at night, and WHY all lit up with Nav lights? If these things are as big as folks are saying, they are NOT civilian user units, that would take a mountain of FAA paperwork and permits, and all sorts of red tape, so............
Merchant delivery systems, Yea, NOT, why N.J. and not Anaheim Ca, and why only at night, Amazon doesn't have that kind of pull to make something like this happen at night no less, and over an urban center!
Military would NOT test over Urban centers, so it could be surveillance, or.........
Highly unlikely it's a foreign power, that takes a dedicated team to run and supply, not to mention transport, and for what purpose, especially if operating carelessly as these are, NO, not buying a foreign power, unless Biden and Co. wants it, using it to disrupt Trump's transition, starting a war someplace we don't need to be playing nation building in!

My Tinfoil hat theory:
Could be a Gov. "Allowed" op by China/Russia to spot targets via GPS lock on, forward the cords back to command for later attack, cause lets face it, there is NOTHING in Newjewsy ( Cept for maybe the largest Pharma Manufacturing in the country) so why Newjewsy?

There are reports of large drones all over botth coasts as well as the Gulf, none are making the headlines like N.J, Wonder why?
The one that actually worries me, the "UFO" sightings in Oregon around Eugene this last week or so, THAT is not normal at all, and THAT could be China runnin ops against us, probing to see what kind of response they might get, Kinsley AFB isn't all that far, maybe a 10 min flight for a couple alert F-15's, but no gov. action as of yet, ATC is just taking the reports and NORAD is sitting on their hands doing Jack Squat!

 

I didn't read the article ,, to lazy and busy ,, ain't squat I can do about it anyway ,, but seen the headlines of a Chinese national caught flying a drone over one of our military bases
I figure it's just one of the democrats oppressed 3rd world immigrants.
But ,, if these drones are not from our own government,, then ,,, they are being allowed by our own government.
And if that's the case ,,, it don't take no rocket scientists to figure what their outcome is meant to be .

I heard today that Biden and crew accelerated the auction of the Wall materials so that Trump can't use proceed with the building. The guys on the radio actually put in a bid on some of it, pennies on the dollar. I thought that was sort of a vindictive thing to do but to give coordinates to our adversaries...that's evil. I guess we should be worried if the Biden's leave the country immediately after 20 January...

And here are some that are for sale that use heat sensing. Don't know who can buy them, not interested, but a few thousand dollars is peanuts, vs 2 million for a missile, to US or other governments.

You tube has footage from Ukraine showing them being flown thru windows, into culverts, thru hatches in armored vehicles, etc. All done by a nerd sitting miles away and with a thousand dollar drone.

And terminator is alive and well with AI weapons operating with no human interface. What could possibly go wrong?

 

Read an article the other day about using half million-dollar missiles to shoot down a drone that costs a couple thousand dollars.
Could get expensive fast.

 

Gunfire is a lot cheaper, but the pilot needs to be mindful where the shells would come down! It's not exactly "pennies from heaven"!

Ya, Seawolf, back to the old Vietnam story. We take a kid, raise him until he is 18 or so, no expenses spared. Send him to the AF academy and spend a lot of money and 4 more years to make him an officer. Then a couple more years and millions to make him a pilot. We spend millions more to build an airplane, airbase, factory to build bomb, ship to haul it over, army to protect base, etc. Then some 16 year old kid who never really owned a pair of shoes. Who never had the chance to go to school, using a rifle the Chinese threw away. Using a 10 cent round of ammo gets lucky, shoots him down and kills him.
