    Today was rest day, but I danced for over an hour. I felt really anxious and a bit stuck in stress mode. The dancing helped me to loosen up. I was concentrating too hard to worry about anything.

    Lost a good 14#s, Doc says stop the BP meds as you no longer need them and the salt.
    Too much salt is no good.

    The summer time fine program fell a little flat for me and before I know it, it was done. Today I started Sydney's SHRED program and this one feels more intense and better. After the workout, I ran for 2.5 miles.
    We have plumbing and running water again!!! Things are looking up.

    Nothing new to report on my end really. I’m trying to work on some leg-locks in class but the strangest thing happens when you’re in a fight, you forget things. Lol. Of course Mike Tyson said, “Everyone has a plan until you get punched in the face!” Grappling is similar because there’s a fella trying to break your arm/leg or choke you unconscious. Lol.

    @Meat sometimes my mind goes blank just stepping into a room so I can imagine this happens in a fight and especially on the ground grappling. With your work ethic, I bet your muscle memory will kick in when you need it. Does this mean that you'll be able to flip people from the ground?

    Yesterday I was so tired so I rested from workouts and was in bed by 9:30 pm.
    I moved leg day to today and it was a great workout. I took this pic this morning a few hours before the workout and I think my legs look really strong!

    Things are working.

    Blood pressure meds cut 75%
    No more statins
    Triglycerides, all the cholesterol measurements, and A1C are all back to normal levels from being out of range.
