You can also take a cigarette lighter and melt the end and seal it.
For things that have a threaded cap use some grease or Vaseline on the threads from keep it from glueing hard when you first open it.

I misplaced my phone this morning and couldn't find it anywhere. Neighbor wasn't home to call my number to help locate the phone.

Went online and found a site that will allow you ring your phone from the computer. My hearing is so bad I could only isolate it to a general area, but a thorough search turned up the phone under a recliner. Must've been quite a bounce to get there.

I just call the missing phone using my backup phone. They are on different carriers with different numbers. I actually had to do this last month.
