I was there as well ,,, thinking back ,, I wonder what the beer and liquor profits were for the companies that supplied J'ville ??

One of my buddies wife got pregnant while he was stationed there,, they lived in one of the off base housing areas outside of Lejuene. His daughter was born premature, and weighed just 1 lb. She died . They ended up having a son a few years later ,, and that child was born with some defect that he has to wear a feed bag or something like that to this day ,, he's close to 40 now ,,, my buddy said whent he kid was born ,, the doctors said the boy would probably die by the time he was 5 . I'm not sure if he's getting any help or compensation for that or not . I think birth defects is on that list .
