I'd have to say that I've never had any issues like that when hand loading, but I can see it being possible with lower calibers. I know for the 7mm Rem Mag it won't make a difference at all, at least not noticeably. And it will probably have to do more with the type of powder and burn rate than the 1 gr. variation, but to each their own. I'm fairly certain that the average competitive shooter will disagree because those types of people tend to be superstitious about accuracy, to the point of it being ridiculous and I tend to never try to have conversations with them because they are literal idiots. I remember years ago I'd post videos to YouTube and the major feedback was always from the "elite" club of competitive shooters who thought they knew every little fact. It's kind of sad, really.
I see what you are saying about reloading and grouping, and I guess if you are using somebody else's loads, a good amount of caution should be used, but I would rather trust my own instead. I also have never tried reloading .22, mostly because it was so plentiful and affordable. I think on this level of ammunition a single grain of powder makes a much bigger difference.

Yes I laugh at them too. Half of them are annealing their brass wrong, introducing more variability.
A third of a grain makes a difference. With leverevolution, probably the most temperature sensitive power currently available my cold weather 30-30 rounds are loaded with a third grain more.

Limit 2 bricks per customer and free shipping I think. More accurate than the old Remington subsonic at least for me

Free shipping again and 22lr ammo is included. Loose bullets are not...

Found my k frame 22lr likes the hotter shit. The "hotter shit" being 40gr in the 1,400fps range and 32-36gr in the 1,500 to 1,600fps range. Such as cci velocitor, minimag, agulia super extra.
I water jug tested cci stinger, yeah it would hurt, mushroomed out real nice.
Found the suppressed bolt action 22lr would shoot one hole 10 shot groups at 25yd with new Remington subsonic, Winchester 333pack 36gr at 1,280fps and really cheap federal 325pack 40gr at 1,200fps "am22" load.

The only 22lr ammo I found that shot bad in everything; long guns, wheel guns was cci quiet-22.
I'll sell what little I have and not buy more.
I had one leave the barrel I could watch it go down range and hit about 2 inches low, that one was almost a squib.
