Walmart ammo alert

Has WalMart stopped selling pistol ammo?
They seem to have a bunch of everything else...checked my inventory recently and decided it's time to do the accumulation method I did years ago (Buy a box of ammo every time I go to Wally World or Meijer)

 

Think they have?

 

Seems like less and less places to buy it, hhmmmm. Components to make the good stuff is hard to find.
Wonder what they're trying to do?
I think this might be a signal to buy.

 

Form what I believe was $19.99 a box to $16.49. It will never be msrp of $9.99 again.

 

Yes and no. They don't sell 380 or 9mm but they sell silvertip 22lr which clearly says it's intended for handguns.

 

There's more available than I have seen in about 4 years. That's a pretty good buy signal.

I wish I could find it for the 16.49.
I would be stacking it deep, as I really like 22 WMR for most hunting I do.

I have some boxes of their 200 rounds Gamepoint I paid 35.00 a few years back, now 85.99

 

Walmart is not our friend... too bad so many of the small stores have been put out of business.

 

We still have them selling it here in central NH.
