I have given some thought to subscribing to the Epoch Times recently since FOX now wants me to subscribe. There are lots of news heads now on the internet (YouTube, Substack, Rumble, Free Beacon, etc.) but I really need/want less analysis from the talking heads and more reporting on current stuff. Anyway, I have always liked Epoch Times stance against China. Yes, it might be a bit too bias but so much has come out about China in the past few years that - well, they probably are correct on all fronts. Nevertheless, I am considering subscribing. I'll watch the video later and will edit this comment as currently running out the door... EDIT: Ah! they also want me to subscribe to watch it. Hmm...I will have to think about that however at least they are up front and state, "We don't sell your information. No spam, easy opt-out" FOX doesn't say crap about it... which is why I haven't subscribed with them.
I do have Amazon Prime. I got it while overseas because I actually saved money on the shipping but now stateside, I am not so sure because all they do is jack up the price of the item to cover most or all of the shipping. The Films use to be sort of a good deal but then they started to force feed advertisements with all the decent movies now ALL the films have advertisements and most of the good movies you must pay-to-view. Plus, they also jacked up the price of Prime. So, my guess is next year I won't be getting it because don't think it's such a good deal anymore. However, it would be nice to get the Epoch news... been thinkin the same... shut down all my subs and don't even load it anymore... thing is you can download and install the Epoch stuff and use it... without using amazon... to me amazon is trying to protect it's bottom line... greed is showing IMHO
As if Amazon bottom line isn't fat enough already. OMG they are into everything now! There isn't much that they aren't into anymore... Actually, a bit scary...
they just sent me a survey about why I dropped one of my subs... told em because I already pay them to NOT see adds... now they want more... and I see it as they are protecting their bottom line and I will not support such... BTW I dropped ALL of my subs not just the one they asked about... and removed prime to non-favorite and have not opened it for some time now... also got info on a class action suite regarding one of their subs... signed on... so many scams all at once it seems...
The average Joe does not have a clue how big Amazon is. The server farm they have rivals Google, and companies are jumping in (mine included) to Amazon Services at a mind blowing rate. Data Centers - Our Data Centers
