If one is doing it right, faking friendship with people one doesn't like to be around, is a self imposed punishment; Why do that when being a solitary, self exiled misanthrope would be so much more rewarding. That said, there is much less possibility of societal acknowledgement of the sacrifice one has made for the benefit of society. It's probably why I am a habitue of this place.

 

I didn't know that there is recognition for being solitude.
