Totally agree the south in general is being invaded by white liberals from the NE. They ruined where they came from yet bring there liberal crap with them and ruin where they move to. Mt pleasant SC used to be conservative now it votes liberal higher taxes more developments. The native SC are to blame just as much ---what was once farm land is sold off for profit. Its happening where I live -what was once a small fishing town the major land owners (don't need the money) are developing huge tracts of land displacing the wildlife deer, turkeys, raccoons, foxes, etc replacing with the dreaded NE liberal

 

Went thru Asheville and Boone on vacation recently! I agree 100% with your comments about Asheville. Reminded me of Ann Arbor as far as being a liberal city, but worse.
We really did enjoy Boone, and left there thinking it would be a nice place to return to. People were super nice, and it looked like a great place to fly fish.

 

it's the demographics - because it also is tied into the vote for the mayor & DA - and that ties into the law enforcement >>> it's a pyramid of blocks - once the bottom set of blocks gets loose & goosey the top blocks like the business structure start to topple .....

 

Find Follets campground, go just down the road in the river running through the campground, pull in a few trout on a green and gold fly. Great place to camp, btw.

Most of the decent folks left for the suburbs and rural areas years ago, most all that is left are the poor Whites, Blacks and Latinos, and they are the ones that suffer from high crime rates, underperforming schools, and unemployment caused by the policies of the city governments. Also, the immigration and sanctuary policies of most large cities only make things worse! Higher taxes, higher wages, higher cost of living, etc., etc., etc., I can't for the life of me understand why ANYONE would want to live like that! I would rather live in a one-room shack on an acre of land in the country, or even a tent!

IL is going to $15 minimum wage - doesn't really affect the populous areas - they've had to pay $15+ just to get absolutely anyone to work >>> where it'll be hurting is the remainder of the state with a normal economy - all the pricing & wages will adjust accordingly and feed the Bidenflation problems .....

 

I have a degree in accounting and was in business for about 35 years, and I just love it when a bunch of professional legislators that have never had a real job do shit like this! The 1st rule of business is, "Businesses don't pay for anything, the consumer pays for everything"! Let that sink in and think about it! Businesses don't pay for rent, taxes, payroll, fees, permits, licenses, fines, penalties, merchandise, services, multi-million-dollar lawsuits, etc., etc. etc.! You the consumer pay it all! I hope that all of those people working for $20 an hour realize that they still won't have two nickels to rub together in the New Year!

There was a time you could travel almost any where in the US and feel safe not any more. The liberals have destroyed the only thing that keeps a society safe and civil. They have removed or don't allow our laws to be enforced, we have lawyers who are only interested in winning a case regardless of innocence or guilt. Freedom without personal responsibility leads to anarchy. God help us if they are successful in gutting the 2nd amendment.
