Trump found Guilty of Insurrection!

So, it seems my State of Colorado has Jumped the Shark and our state Supreme Court has just Judged Donald Trump GUILTY of Insurrection, despite NO Trial, no evidence presented by ether side, no jury of his peers, violating rights to due process of law, completely with out trial of any kind, ruled he cannot appear on the State ballot for President of the United States! What the State of Colorado is doing is using/ruling on an 1860's post Civil War Anti-South law which was meant to block any potential southern candidate from running for office, declaring them guilty of insurrection against the United States by participating in the Great Southern Uprising known as the War of Northern Agression,, or Civil War! This is a SERIOUS illegal action, basically defacto declaring him GUILTY of a crime he has never been tried for, and denying/violating his constitutional rights! This is gonna start a fight folks, get ready, if other states decide to follow this move, things absolutely WILL go Loud!


Up the Republic, This cannot be allowed to stand! Stay frosty my friends!

They Could, it would take a pretty serious public service campaign effort to inform the citizenry that they would need to write him in!
That's gonna be a pretty hard slog, given the populations of Denver and Boulder are HARD LEFT, and their populations outnumber the rest of the state!

Of course this will be overruled by the higher courts but that wasn't the purpose. This was simply done to bring these headlines to the front page to cause doubt to some folk's minds ("Geez Norma, maybe he really he guilty") since things are starting to swing his way in the courts, and to increase the burden of legal problems for President Trump. I would not be surprised to see this followed by other states. Remember they will do anything to keep him out of the election. They must!

Only those who are legal citizen, pay taxes and work should be allowed to vote --that would eliminate 90% of the demoRAT vote.

Not even Biden is that stupid. Stop for a second and think what that would mean. It would unify the right in a way that is impossible to do any other way while at the same time, marking the Left administration as traitors and painting big bullseyes on all those in power that support this, even those in the lowest hierarchy of power, like local government, would be sought out and held accountable - think Tito's tactics of WW2. Nah...won't happen and even if they did, what would they send over here Pakistani soldiers, sure as hell no first-world ones would come. Nothing against Pakistan troops but doubtful they would be able to stand against pissed off Americans for long, not the guerilla war they would be facing. Sure, they would have armor and air support but how much and how long before our own would counter it. Besides, think of the scope of it. Do you really believe they would have the means to send a million troops here and even that many wouldn't be enough to control the nation. The best they could do would be control a couple of major cities - maybe if they're lucky. Plus, the second the sitting government authorizes this it would be game on, full Civil War and the serious killing would start - again, think Tito. I just don't see this happening because they would be playing directly into our hands and you can call the Left evil, traitorous, commie sucking scum but you sure can't call them stupid cause every move they make is extensively planned and well implemented.

EDIT: I tend to agree with OldDude49 that martial law would be a better solution for them and much bigger possibility. It stops the voting dead in its tracks. The problem is it isn't a permanent solution and leaves them much more open to a military coup, especially since the military really is in control anyway and they are already deployed and ready. Yes, the military head shed are all Leftist scum but the real power come from the line troops so this is indeed risky also as they could be opening themselves up to complete destruction and damn quick. Interesting...

 

Everyone seems to assume that UN troops would be involved. What if they are American troops?

If they show themselves as a threat then yes. Most of the troops are still loyal Americans and when push comes to shove will refuse to act against other loyal Americans at the behest of Tyrants and will simply leave to help protect and take care of their families. They will likely take their gear with them when the desertions become en mass.

The ones that would follow tyrants are too out of shape and have mental conditions to qualify for the military and really don't want to work let alone give that kind of commitment. Maybe public education does have a benefit after all?
