Some of the ignorant are aware of their ignorance but don't betray their ignorance by appearing to be obviously ignorant

Some of the ignorant are aware of their ignorance but don't care that they are ignorant,, and indeed wear their ignorance with some pride.

Some of the ignorant know that they are ignorant in some things, but live with it, and make the best of their shortcomings and muddle along the best way they can, like Forest Gump, sharing what humanity and insights they can with others (which may have generally eluded the erudite) as they journey through life.

Being ignorant of knowledge is not quite the same thing as acting ignorantly.

Intellectual humility enables the limits of knowledge to be acknowledged, and is a useful means by which one's ignorance can be reduced.
