Looking up specs on 10 inch tablet saw blades I looks like the recommended speed is 5,250rpms. That's crazy.
I'm thinking 1:1 drive or slightly overdrive a 10 inch blade on a hot lawnmower engine.
I'm thinking 8 degree advance ignition timing and straight pipe.

I played with my pile of lawnmowers.
Stripped an all metal, big wheel deck of it's blown 140cc engine. Disassembled the engine for good measure looking for parts.
I took apart a 160cc Briggs powered Husqvarna self propelled mower. I thought the motor was shot, got ran with a knocked off air filter and melted it's self driving pullys. Pulled the head to check the bore the bore looked great.
I installed the head off the blown up 140cc engine on to the 160cc Briggs engine as it looked superior in design.
Looks like the 160cc engine had a head that someone tried to reverse engineer to be more like a flathead.

    The 140cc head:

Put it together and I fired right up.
Had to use the 140cc muffler.
    Seemed kind of loud.
I oiled up the flywheel nut, I'll trying to pull I tomorrow or the next day.
One reason I gave up on the Husqvarna was the air cleaner was broken.
Also the briggs powered Husqvarna has a thicc prop shaft and the blade adaptor has a pulley for the self driving system. I can readapt the smol pulley to a big pulley for driving a big ass saw.

Got a new air cleaner and cover for $22.
That's one of the reasons it was on my junk pile for years. In early 2020 I couldn't find an air cleaner assembly anywhere. The cover was gone and the plastic base was broken so even if I found the cover there was nothing for it to lock into cause the locking tabs were busted off. It's one of these setups.

I had the filter glued to what was left of the intake with RTV to keep the dust out.

The locking loops on the bottom were blown out and the latch hook at the top was gone. This was the part I couldn't get.

Left is bottom right is top.
The loops on the left were blown out and the hook at the top was gone.
