If someone wanted to make a statement, maybe a buck or two and was willing to get arrested, walk down a main street in Albuquerque with an unloaded “hunting” rifle with a chamber flag slung over your shoulder, immediately comply with the police.
Your lawyer files suits based on the 2A and New Mexico Constitution against the governor.

 

This sounds like an excellent idea; however, does the governor really get hurt doing this? I mean, who pay the legal fees and the settlement, the governor or the people? I don't know for sure but don't think the governor gets hit at all. Frankly, if you could sue the governor directly then it would be a wonderful way to nip this bull$hit in the bud.

 

LOL! One of the first things they teach you in NCO Academy is never give an order that won't be obeyed. It basically ruins your authority forever. She would be smart to simply resign now but, of course, she won't give up power. It will be interesting to see her next move...idiot. It does show how they truly think about the Constitution. They consider it to be simply guidelines. We consider it to be the law...which includes them too.

 

Notice how she, like Hochel and Whitmer, spout off about the Constitution not being Absolute, that she believes there is justification in suspending parts of it for the greater good, that no right is absolute! Biden and several other Dems have made this claim before, seems to be an operational mandate for the Democraps! Killory claimed the Constitution was a living document and as such, was subject to change as the nation changed, and we needed liberal justices who could move with that!

 

GOA is on it and their legal resources are expended on another stupid challenge to the 2A.

“We’re not here to cause any issues. We’re just here to you know, express our amendment rights. And, you know, we’ll go from there,” said Derek J. a gun owner.

This was a rally against part of Lujan Grisham’s public health emergency on gun violence. Specifically, the part where she banned carrying guns – either through open or concealed carry permits – in Bernalillo County and the City of Albuquerque for 30 days.

 

Ignored is good, but she still needs to be impeached for violating her oath of office.

Yes, I agree. The idea that the Constitution is not absolute needs to be nip in the bud. The idea is ridiculous and DANGEROUS! Our very lives depend on the Constitution, our life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. She needs to be impeached for incompetence at the very least because she has proved she knows less than a high schooler about government.

I would like to say that her career is over but given how things are I wouldn't be surprised if she was a Leftist presidential candidate in the near future. One thing is certain, she made her mark in the history books. Still, it's a pity she wasn't impeached...

 

So, I was sick (recovering now) and decided to watch this...

I had to laugh to myself at the ~15-minute point when he talks about his awakening, how it wrecks his world, nothing makes sense, it's all wrong as made me think when it happened to me, same sort of thing, entire adult life under oath, totally committed and totally convinced we, following the US government, were the good guys. I guess I got hints along the way but...and in the end, you find out, it's not about the People or the good of the country. It's all for them. For market share, for profit or political power. I guess that is what makes me so...bitter.

When you take into account all the other recent events in the last few years, specifically the deaths, in the recent days and tie this into it, it paints a picture of - well - he said it best, "...when you know what your government is capable of that's one thing, when you know what they are willing to do with those capabilities, that's when it gets terrifying." I don't think we Americans truly get it yet, but this beast has been off the chain for a while, and it is not going back into its cage on its own. It will not...It's mean, vicious and absolute deadly and, if we're smart, we need to be very, very afraid. This beast is going to devour us but first will rip us to pieces. We have no idea what is coming for us...and it's our own damn creation. And, when our economy collapses, from printing all that utterly worthless paper - yet - that beast still must feed...

I thought he was a bit prophetic when he said of law enforcement...

There is a lot to learn from this video. I watch a full hour...I'm not sure it can happen but it's absolutely imperative that the FBI, ATF, CIA and a bunch of others funding is cut drastically. Drastically! Or, simply cancel them. Sad but we're better off without them than with them at this point. I also found it interesting that he flat believes the Democratic party probably is getting money from the cartels to keep the border open otherwise, why do it! This makes sense, sounds crazy, but makes complete sense! (why didn't I think of this, because it's so crazy that's why!) Also said, with the illegals and chaos, the destabilization of the nation is exactly from the CIA playbook to overthrow a country - exactly. Chaos reigns, economy goes into the toilet, country destabilizes, conditions grow worse and the people call for someone to save them...1930s all over again.

 

It will be the Great Reset 2.0, give the government EVERYTHING, your property, your money, your freedoms, and they will protect and provide for you!
