What a bunch of morons... I guess they got what they wanted, arrested. I got a good chuckle out of their lousy acting job and crocodile tears, "We're non-violent protestors! Boo-Hoo!" I do wonder if the officer knew no one was chained to that trailer when he pushed it out of the way; nevertheless, I do think it got their attention. LOL!!!!

Those Tribal Police and Rangers aren't about to put-up with any sh*t from a bunch of pale faces! The Burners might have eventually taken care of business, but I kinda doubt it, mostly they wanted to reason with the protestors and their "leader" was crippled by that death grip he had on his sippy cup!:ROFLMAO:

When confronted with idiot passive protesters the first tool out of your tool-bag, should be a large Bolt Cutter, (Lock Biter). cut the chain as close to the idiot protesters as possible then connect the chain ends of the idiots with heavy duty Ziplock ties.. and move the out of the way, and zip ties to a heavy object that keeps the out of the way… It worked very well back in my Hippy Days.. either that, and, or a Fire Hose from a Pumper Truck at full Pressure… Then move on after notify the local LEOS…

When you prevent travel in a remote part the desert in the hottest month of the year you are endangering them. In addition these actions are effectively unlawfully detaining people. IMO force is justified and not just by the authorities.

So those were Tribal police and a tribal Ranger? So, what would have happened if someone would have got hurt when the officer used his truck to push the trailer out of the way? Personally, I could care less as these idiots came looking to make a scene and get arrested but just curious have far their authority goes.

Part of the corn patch will grow greener and produce more corn. Their wish for a greener planet will thus be reality. A win for everybody...

  11. I don't understand why they didn't just drive around them.
How did they get there? Walk?
If they really wanted to save the planet, the most effective way to do that would be to reduce their carbon footprint to zero.
I cannot say how they could do this, because I don't want to be banned.
    I have been warned!

Most likely...not a damn thing! Tribal police, tribal law, tribal court, tribal judge, and tribal jury!

Protestors probably arrived in and A/C bus with a semi hauling their materials. Once set up, then they departed so the green commies wouldn’t look bad.
I don’t understand why once that one camper went around them the rest didn’t follow. I expected a stampede after that, and was disappointed.

NEWS FLASH*** Over 70,000 Burning Man attendees are stranded in the Nevada desert by heavy rains!:D The playa, the rock-hard dirt kinda like adobe, has turned to deep sticky mud! There is limited food, water and fuel, and people have been told to shelter in place until further notice and conserve resources!o_O To make matters worse the thousands of port-a-johns are not being serviced,:ROFLMAO: and there is limited phone service and computer links with the outside world. Temperatures have fallen into the low 50s and no one packed water-proof/warm clothes.:) I'm so glad to be where I am right now!

    Zimmy Wait, I'm not ready!

I've been to Pyramid Lake a couple of times. It's pretty damned desolate out there.

There's a bunch of miserable hippies out there and the natives at the little general store are probably making a TON milking them dry.

The images show waterlogged hippies walking in deep mud.

I worked on Range 63, near Indian Springs...a dry lakebed(playa). Sucked to no end when wet. Monsoons in No this year are setting records... I gotta ask...Climate Change??

I was at 3 large Civil War re-enactments where the weather got pretty bad. There was a flash flood in Texas and a part of a hurricane in Georgia, but I was delayed by the weather and was able to park my car in a paved area, but once in Tennessee there was a monsoon that turned the site to mud...deep sticky mud. My truck was parked in a field, and when they called off the event, I hauled ass before the road out became impassable. A little rain, a little mud, several thousand people walking and driving around and you have a quagmire! That being said, I'm going to another event in Georgia this month!

More rain is in the forecast for Nevada, they could be there for awhile.
