Glad to see this issue finally being brought to head, as it should have NEVER been an issue in the first place, but became one!
For my own part, Having to take great care in where I travel whilst armed, this was more then just inconvenient, and almost led me to sue the shit out of the state of Californication more then once! Bottom line, my rights don't end at a state line!

Years of traveling the country carrying illegally and having a gun saved my life twice. I was just kidding, I would never cross state lines with a gun while having a CDL?

If I understand correctly, this decision was made from a local court...and that is a good thing, a really good thing; however, as pointed out by 2nd video, this cannot be used as a precedent. Nevertheless, if a local court interprets the question in this manner, going against their own State law = good thing, very good thing!

I feel this one’s the concealed carry issue nation wide! If a person from a constitutional carry state can legally carry concealed without a CCL in my state, then why do I have to pay for that same right and renew every five years?

Exactly! Furthermore, Why can I carry legally in my state, but face an outright BAN on carry in another state, or not be able to carry in a state that doesn't recognize my carry permit from my state, but still issues permits to their citizens, and has NO system to allow me to obtain a permit in that state! Meanwhile, I can carry in some states with out permit at all! Like I said earlier, why do my rights end at a dotted line on a fookin map?????

    Zimmy Wait, I'm not ready!

I'm just glad there's a chance this may go to the SC to be made real.

I was uncomfortable with my personal protection standards in gun free states.

While I am for State rights, a state law cannot trump a federal law - so - it has always seemed obvious to me that given we have a 2nd Amendment, that we should be able to carry our firearms wherever we need to for self-protection, even across state borders. I think we will see this question asked in the near future at the Supreme Court level.

EDIT: Can you imagine what will happen if the supreme court rules that one can carry their firearms across state lines?

Given that most states also ratified the 2nd on top of the fed B.o.R, it should have ALWAYS BEEN the absolute RIGHT to travel state to state while armed, regardless of any state preemption or other bullshit laws on carry! Now that we have Heller/Bruen, this will fall and our rights will be as they always should have been!
