I agree. When I read the article it said they hadn't identified who had left the dog in the stroller. That sounded fishy to me, after all it's an airport and they should have security cameras. Besides, if it was a ticketed passenger they sure better be able to identify them. Then I thought that they might know exactly who it is and be pursuing charges, but don't want to make the name public to protect the person from dog lovers who might want to express their own feelings toward the Frenchie's former owner personally..

 

The bitch should have ben pulled off the plan and arrested

 

Update: The dog is being cared for by the Animal Friends of Pittsburgh, a local shelter.

The state dog warden is expected to file charges against the dog's owner. It's illegal under Pennsylvania law to abandon a dog, and convicted owners can face fines of up to $1,000.

 

A thousand bucks is not enough .
Jail time should be mandatory.

At least the pup is taken care of .
