Who likes crab?

I still help to take care of my mom (101) a few days a week. Made her crab omelette with fruit on the side. This was mine. Hers was smaller, only one egg.

I love crab . I remember helping my grandma picking the meat from Blue Crabs back in the 70s. I actually bought some crab meat at the fish house a few days ago ,, cooked up some crab cakes ,, and fried shrimp. I need to find another crab recipe to finish off the rest of it .

 

Looking good man, I'd eat it.
We generally eat a crab stew every so often.

We always do Dungeness Crabs up pretty simple, boil till done, scrape out the good stuff and enjoy with Drawn Butter and a touch of garlic! Being able to fish for them all season is a real blessing, so we have them all the time! Nothing like a fresh Crab Salad with all the fixins and Light House brand Blue Cheese dressing! My Late Mother used to do up some serious crab rolls and would do up a pile of um for a epic seafood dinner!

 

I love crab rolls....I won't eat them except at coast.

 

I never thought crab could be so sexy...but yet here we are!

 

Used to catch blue crabs all the time until I developed a very bad allergy to crab, shrimp, lobster really sucks. My son still catches blue crabs. really miss eating crab cakes, crab salad and fresh cooked crabs dipped in butter------sometimes life sucks

 

King Crab is definitely a lot easier to eat ,, and damned good ,,, but is not as prevalent on the East Coast,, unless you have a fat wallet . And then , you know it's gonna be frozen , and no telling how old .

 

I always eat some at the Chinese restaurant. I like fried shrimp, more than lobster.

 

At my sons in Gulf Breeze FL went and pulled the crab traps with may 5 year old grandson. He could grab the line and pull the traps in himself --caught half of a 48 cooler full of big blue crabs. Really sucks I'm allergic to them

Like a good dad i picked 3 lbs of crab meat for my son and grandsons who love crab meat. On my death bed I will ask for crab, lobster and fried shrimp as my last meal might as well eat something that will kill me any way
