Looks to be a really wet storm. Also - I thought Pacific storms were called Typhoons or Cyclones...

 

Had a taste of it the other night with high winds and lightening and rain. and after all this hot weather we are getting it's going to be an interesting year.

 

Were expecting it here in OryGun, gonna be interesting! The idiots in the MSM can't figure it out, Atlantic storms are called HURRICANE'S, Pacific ocean storms are called TYPHOON'S, and Cyclones are storms over LAND!

 

Whatever they're called, Ura-Ki, you can bet it's all due to climate change! At least that will be the messaging...

 

And Climate Change is due to citizen non compliance to the arbitrary edicts of bureaucrats.

From what I'm reading, this is currently downgraded to a Category 2... We had one like that in 1972 when I was a youngin. It amounted to some roof damage in the area but most in my area just replaced a few shingles and forgot about it in a couple of weeks. Didn't even miss a day of school .

Unless I'm wrong this is an excuse for CA to get some federal aid $$$ (they preemptively declared an emergency) or a diversion from something we really should be paying attention to.

Prayers for those adversely affected, but I'm starting to feel this is an overblown distraction from something we should be paying close attention to that they don't want us to see.
