Got the idea from another forum. Using any pocket knife, show something being done with it. Can be bushcrafty, survivally, MacGyvery, cold drinkyey, cookeyey, whatever. Preferably, a knife (or knives) you have on you person. I'm getting packed to jump on a plane, so I will add my pocket knifey when I return. I'm looking forward to your pictures, videos, stories, whatever.
Will get some pics of my little pocket knife working later. But the saw side makes a great back scratcher and tick removal device for those places you just can't reach Have to get properly dressed to make pictures of what else I do with it.
My old Kat knife at work opening boxes. It's always tethered in my right cargo pocket and I always forget it when I go through metal detectors. It's so narrow and blends so well with the replacement knee hardware that it's never been detected.
Kershaw Leek, rigged for left handed opening. Saving some turtles and ducks from strangulation. This one hangs out of sight on a pocket drop cord. It hangs just above the bottom of my pocket. The silly plastic blade lock was removed long ago and has never been an issue.
I carry a Swiss Army knife at work (and most everywhere else too). It was one of the last Christmas presents that my Grandmother gave me, and sure beat the socks and underwear that I usually got. Someday I'm going to have to send it back for some repair work.
I have one of those myself, Mr. Kamp as well as 2 of the Kershaw's, 1 was a gift from the company I worked for at christmas time some years back, honestly will post pics first chance. My EDC is a Leatherman Blast that I've carried for the past few years and seen quite a bit of use in that time, LOL. My first multi-tool was also a Leatherman, the original one, wife gave it to me on my birthday 84-85.
Flying out again for yet another funeral. But I still want to contribute to my post. First food prep. Pocket knives will not be mistaken for kitchen knives unless it is a thin blade like an opinel. Bird helped me make a grilled cheese sandwich with Israeli bread. It is stupid simple and super sensitive. Pro tip... why do people say that?!? Ok, a helpful tip, rough up the flat surfaces where the two pieces touch. It will make it less sensitive, but still super sensitive. I scratched up both with the knife and touching the "bait" was enough to trigger it. Outside, I rub in on something coarse, like a rock. Quick note, my trigger is slanted because of the slipperiness of surfaces. Outside, you probably want it upright and vertical.

Should include a picture of your bloodied fingers from retrieving that dang knife from your pocket when it decides to open up unassisted. Love the blade. Not a big fan of cut finners. I've heard other folks complains about this. Ever had that problem?
Never had it happen while rigged either right or (upside down) left handed. Unless they're sliding into the distant darkness of a cave or swinging around in trees, there ain't many folks that do more contortions and slithering around than I do at work, and both my knives rigged tip up in the pocket have never been an issue. I've been carrying a left handed assisted opener, usually a Kershaw, for at least 24 years. There might be some assisted openers that are more hair trigger, but the Kershaw needs an intentional nudge in the right direction to open.
