For the first time, U.S. regulators on Wednesday approved the sale of chicken made from animal cells, allowing two California companies to offer “lab-grown” meat to the nation's restaurant tables and eventually, supermarket shelves.

Why not? Let the regulators decide and make the laws. It’s way easier than passing laws thru Congress.

I'm with stg58, no bugs, no lab meat! I say no Soylent Green either but if it's really made from plankton then it's just another plant, so I'm good with it. Originally Soylent Green was made from people !!

 

I read somewhere that the animal cells used were cancer cells because they grow so aggressively. That may be bullshit, but it's on my list of things to checkout.

 

I guess I'm gonna see how long I can survive off of deer ,squirrels, rabbits, coons , fish , and whatever else I can come across. They've already said they're gonna start putting that vaccine or some other bullshit in the food distributed out to us . I'm gonna resist as long as possible.

 

What lab grown meat breaded with cricket flour and air fried doesn't appeal to you?

As to the lab grown meat (be it chicken, beef, fish, etc.), NO THANKS!

In regards to meat I have one unbreakable rule. IF IT DID NOT HAVE EYEBALLS I AM NOT GOING TO EAT IT!
