Our small cabin / clothing optional community is taking shape.

Hi everyone and hope your Spring is going well!
Some of you may remember us posting about a year ago asking for comments on our idea to use our Iowa property to start a tiny house / clothing optional community.
Well, we have decided to move forward with the idea and it is starting to take shape and has 5 confirmed tenants for next Spring move-in. We decided to stay mostly on-grid for now and move toward solar and wind generation as we have the money and tenants. we also decide to not limit the housing to tiny homes but also allow tiny cabins and for right now manufactured RVs.
as far as the clothing optional and nudity goes, we have gotten the approvals that we need and no one seems too offended by the idea of naked people lol.
My husband is down there now for a few days doing some ground work and land scaping.
Much more to talk about and I will add more in ongoing posts.

Probably won't hear from my husband for about a month since he took vacation time to work on our project.
Went down there a week ago and it has been nothing but rain.

I am just catching up on the posts.

Well, a little while ago I got a private message from one of you that challenged me to prove that I was really the wife and really a nudists. Warning #1, never challenge a nudist to prove they are nudist unless you want to see them naked. LOL. since I am just hanging out naked in the house on this rainy day anyway, here are a couple of selfies that I just snapped.

Vegans will definitely be naked since they can't kill animals-------- what a scary thought

 

Starvation is like to alter some people's ethical concerns about eating animal flesh, as might the prospect of dying of exposure. I dare say that hand spinning, weaving and felting (and other kinds of fabric crafting) will become self reliance skills once again. Of course agriculture and collecting wild herbs, vegetables, berries and fruits will still be pursued.

There's a nude beach on this side of the island which I guess hosts a drum circle every Sunday. I guess that it's also the spinner dolphin beach where people go to swim with dolphins. I've never gone because I'm allergic to crowds and covid made that socially acceptable.
