There is no way Kamala said this. It makes too much sense. If she said it wish would have rambled and repeated herself three or four times. She would have said something like, "We will be looking out for you. And we know, you will be looking at us looking out for you as you look at us looking at you." And then she would have laughed like an idiot because she forgot where she was going with all this.
