Easter reminds me that there is a benefit to having your memory fade as you get older: you can hide your own Easter eggs...
Nah, the brave new world we will have implants that hook us up to the interwebs. We won't be any smarter but will have access to all the data.
Worked with a fella in TX, up until a few years ago. Pushing 70. And he had about a half dozen stories he'd tell. Over, and over, and over, and over again! Hell of a nice guy, he'd give you the shirt off his back.....but man, get him talking, and you might never get him to stop!
I had a next door neighbor Harvey would give you the shirt off his back also. Excellent welder, mechanic and fabricator would do anything for you. good fishing buddy. He was an avid pilot and bought an old single engine plane (1947) He had done a bunch of work on it and had it inspected by a licensed aircraft mechanic---Went fling one day and crashed and killed him I can remember clearly the day his son called me and told me Harvey crashed. It was like I was gut punched. That was 6 yeas ago and I still miss him he had more stories never got tired of them same getting him talking no stopping him------miss you buddy
