I doubt that Trump Organisation CFO Allen Wiesselberg thinks that the Trump Organisation conviction and sentencing is "nothing".

You ought note that Trump Organisation was not convicted of simply not paying taxes, but criminally entering into illegal schemes to fraudulently evade their taxation liabilities. As the saying goes..."A fish rots from the head down"...in the case of Trump Organisation the rot starts with the eponymous head of that organisation.
